เรื่องย่อ

ไฝ กับ เทือง ชวนกันไปขโมยเงินจากศพ แต่ไอ้เทืองซุ่มซ่ามหัวกระแทกฝาโลงจนหัวแตก เลือดไหลไปโดนศพผีถั่วแระจนฟื้นคืนชีพ แต่ก็ถูกสะกดไว้โดยแยกหัวกับตัวให้ห่างกัน
25 ปีต่อมา เมฆ ลูกชายของไฝ ขโมยตำราปราบผีของพ่อ เพื่อช่วยป๋องให้สมหวังในรัก โดยไปกลั่นยาเสน่ห์ในป่าช้า แต่ป๋องดันดึงมีดที่สะกดผีถั่วแระออก จึงทำให้ผีถั่วแระฟื้นขึ้นอีกครั้ง
รื่องราวความฮาปนสยองจึงเกิดขึ้น เมื่อผีถั่วแระต้องการหัวคืน

Fai and Theung are good buddies who are out to find some some gambling money. 

But when they decide to go to a graveyard to steal some cash from a Chinese corpse, Theung accidentally knocks his head on a coffin, spilling some of his blood onto a headless corpse - which promptly wakes up! An exorcist is called in to control the newly awakened monster, but before long, a young guy named Mek inadvertently brings the corpse back to life again. 

Alive and ready to hunt, the headless corpse starts to scare the villagers in his unending quest.
